Paul Arnhold

Paul Arnhold is a celebrated glassblower and the founder of Paul Arnhold Glass. Known for his one-of-a-kind, handblown vessels that are both colorful and whimsical, Paul’s work has earned international acclaim and has been featured in Architectural Digest, Harper’s Bazaar, and Vogue. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Vassar College with an MBA from Columbia Business School, he combines artistic vision with entrepreneurial drive. Dedicated to supporting the arts community, Paul serves as a trustee of the Whitney Museum of American Art. He lives in New York City with his husband, son, and daughter.

Linda Fargo

Linda Fargo

Regarded as the "eyes of Bergdorf Goodman," Linda Fargo is responsible for spotting trends and shaping the visual identity of the storied and opulent New York department store. Renowned for her discerning taste for fashion trends, creative directorship of the Bergdorf shop windows and re-envisioning the look of the store, Fargo has been with Bergdorf Goodman for over 25 years. In May 2017, Bergdorf launched Linda's, a permanent store-in-store curated by her, featuring a revolving stock of Fargo's favorite items, which was expanded upon in 2023.​​​

Douglas Friedman is an acclaimed American photographer renowned for his striking and evocative images that capture the essence of luxury, architecture, and design. With a career spanning over two decades, Friedman has become a prominent figure in the world of visual arts, specializing in high-profile interior and lifestyle photography. His work often features a blend of elegance and boldness, creating compelling visual narratives that reflect both grandeur and intimacy. Friedman’s portfolio includes collaborations with leading designers, architects, and publications, showcasing his ability to frame and highlight the beauty in various settings.

Brooke Garber Neidich

Brooke Garber Neidich

Brooke Garber, the creative director and owner of Sidney Garber, blends a legacy of fine jewelry with modern ease in her stylish, confident, comfortable pieces. The Sidney Garber story started when Garber, the son of a watch repairman, was 25 and returned from his service in the U.S. Air Force to begin what would become his fine jewelry house in Chicago in 1946. Brooke grew up behind the counter, watching her father work and learning his principles. In her teens, she started traveling with him to France and Italy to collaborate with the most talented craftsmen and designers. In 2008, Brooke inherited the house and expanded it to New York City, adding a strong commitment to philanthropy. 

David Graver

David Graver

The editor-in-chief of Surface Magazine, David Graver reports on compelling developments in art, design, travel, and haute horology. A longtime contributor to Vogue.com and Bloomberg Pursuits, David spent more than a decade with the digital design publication Cool Hunting, where he authored and edited thousands of stories. His byline has appeared in T: The New York Times Style Magazine, GQ, and Vanity Fair, and he penned a print column on design for Elle. David’s literary writing has appeared in Guernica and The Bowery Review. For five years, he co-hosted a podcast called The Accutron Show, available on iTunes and Spotify.

Flavin Judd

Flavin Judd

Flavin Judd is Artistic Director of Judd Foundation and the son of Donald Judd. He has designed architectural spaces in the United States and Europe. He is co-designer and co-editor of Donald Judd Writings (2016), Donald Judd Interviews (2019), and Donald Judd Spaces (2020); and co-designer of Donald Judd: Artwork 1980 (2021), Donald Judd: Artworks 1970–1994 (2022), and Donald Judd: 1957–1963: Paintings and Objects (2024). In his role as Artistic Director, he curates art installations and oversees aesthetics for the Foundation.

Gabriella Khalil

Gabriella Khalil

Gabriella Khalil is a creative director, curator, and entrepreneur celebrated for her immersive approach to design, hospitality, and cultural programming.

Khalil spent more than a decade working in galleries and curatorial spaces before co-founding Palm Heights, a boutique resort on Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman. 

Since opening in 2019, Palm Heights has become an internationally recognized destination, admired for its 1970s-inspired interiors, vintage design pieces, and its vibrant cultural programming. Beyond Palm Heights, Khalil is the creative director and curator behind WSA, a bold Manhattan workspace and event hub and SAA, a Membership Club in Brooklyn. ​​​

Carlos Mota

Carlos Mota

A former editor for Architectural Digest and Elle Decor, Carlos Mota is now a creative consultant, leveraging his vast experience in styling, interior design, product design and advertisement campaigns. Mota has made his mark through his editorial work producing and styling feature stories for major design and shelter magazines. He is a consultant and producer of special events for select clients and organizations. He has authored many books including Cheap & Chic, A Touch of Style, and G: Forever Green.

Beth Rudin DeWoody

Beth Rudin DeWoody

Beth Rudin DeWoody, daughter of the late real estate developer Lewis Rudin and the late Gladyce Begelman, is a native of New York. She is the Chairman of The Rudin Family Foundation and has curated many shows for several different art galleries between New York City, New Orleans, and London. Ms. DeWoody has a private art space called The Bunker Artspace in West Palm Beach, which opened in 2017 and displays works from her collection. Mrs. DeWoody's board affiliations include Executive Committee of the Whitney Museum of American Art, Life Trustee at The New School, and Save A Child India, Inc.

 

Jacqueline Terrebonne

Jacqueline Terrebonne

Jacqueline Terrebonne has served as Galerie's editor in chief since 2018, after originally joining the team as design editor in 2016. Her varied artistic interests and deep sense of curiosity inform the diverse and eclectic mix of design, fashion, and visual arts in every issue of the magazine. She has also written seven books on design and architecture with talents including Jeffrey Bilhuber, Richard Mishaan, Stewart Manger, and most recently the firm Magni Kalman. Prior to her role at Galerie, she held positions at Architectural Digest, Gourmet, and Martha Stewart Living.

Marlies Verhoeven

Marlies Verhoeven

Marlies Verhoeven Reijtenbagh is co-founder and CEO of The Cultivist, a global art experience company and membership club. Before starting The Cultivist, Marlies spent eight years as Global Director of Loyalty Marketing at Sotheby’s, worked at the Belgian Mission to the United Nations and helped launch the Belgian fashion brand Verlaine in 2005. Born in Belgium, she now lives in New York with her husband and three young children. An avid art collector herself, she works with a wide range of artists, museums and institutions, and serves on the Board of Art Production Fund.

Lisa Cohen

Lisa Cohen

Lisa Cohen is the founder and editorial director of Galerie, a magazine which focuses on the intersection of art and design. Launched in the spring of 2016, it was named one of the top magazine launches of that year. Lisa is also an avid art collector and is currently involved in promoting the careers of young and upcoming artists through Galerie's Annual Emerging Artist Awards. Lisa also introduced Galerie's annual Creative Minds issue, which recognizes talents from the world of art, interior design, architecture, fashion, jewelry design, and more. Lisa graduated from Barnard College in 1981 with a BA in Art History and has previously served as a member of its Board of Trustees.

Marion Fasel

Marion Fasel

Marion Fasel is an esteemed jewelry historian, trend forecaster and award-winning journalist. She has consulted with premier luxury jewelry brands, acted as a guest curator at the American Museum of Natural History and moderated several sold-out discussions on jewelry at the renowned 92nd Street Y in New York City. Throughout her career, Marion has written 11 books about fine jewelry. The New York Times has quoted her as a trusted and insightful source more than 25 times in the last 10 years. She has served on the board of the prestigious GEM Awards for over a decade and is currently the chair of the GEM Awards Committee.

Catherine Futter

Catherine Futter

Catherine Futter has been the Senior Curator, Decorative Arts and Director of Curatorial Affairs at the Brooklyn Museum since January 2020. Previously, she was at The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City for almost 18 years. Catherine has curated a number of permanent-collection installations of European and American art and design as well as numerous exhibitions on these subjects. Her recent endeavor American Art Deco: Designing for the People, 1918-1939 had a four-venue national tour. She also curated the international loan exhibition Inventing the Modern World: Decorative Arts at the World’s Fairs, 1851–1939.

Wendy Goodman

Wendy Goodman

A born and raised New Yorker, Wendy Goodman began her career as a freelance stylist working for Interview Magazine and The New York Times Magazine, writing, producing and styling stories. She went on to become fashion editor at New York Magazine before transitioning to design editing, scouting, producing and writing stories. She continues this work today at New York and Curbed as design editor. She is the author of two books: The World of Gloria Vanderbilt and May I Come In?, and co-author of Tony Duquette with Hutton Wilkinson, all published by Abrams Books.

Gabriel Hendifar

Gabriel Hendifar

Gabriel Hendifar is the Artistic Director and Founder of the luxury design studio, Apparatus. Born in 1981, he studied design for the stage at the University of Southern California and later honed his craft at prestigious fashion design firms. Known for his striking lighting and furniture designs, Hendifar combines the language of modernism with artisanal craftsmanship, resulting in pieces that are both functional and sculptural. Describing his mission as “creating the envelope for the drama of human life,” his work has garnered international acclaim and is featured in leading design publications and exhibitions. 

Marie Kalt

Marie Kalt

A journalist specializing in interior design, design, and the decorative arts, Marie Kalt has held various positions at leading publications in this field: Maison Française, Elle Décoration, and Marie Claire Maison before heading up the French edition of Architectural Digest from 2008 to 2021. She is also the author of several books on interior design published by Rizzoli and Thames and Hudson. She currently heads Les éditions de l’Amateur, a Paris based publishing house specializing in books on design, architecture, and interior design.

Colin King

Colin King

Colin King has defined modern American design. A top stylist for the world’s leading brands and publications, Colin's practice was captured in his first design book, Arranging Things, published by Rizzoli in 2023. Through his founding of Colin King Studio, he has since developed collections for a range of brands from The Future Perfect to Audo Copenhagen. His distinctly perceptive eye also envisions both collections and artistic campaigns for Beni Rugs, a breakout star in the international design scene. In 2024, Colin was named Design Editor-at-Large for the prestigious art-fashion independent magazine CULTURED.

Dr. Daniella Ohad

Dr. Daniella Ohad

Daniella Ohad is a design historian, connoisseur, educator, curator, writer, talk show hostess, and an influencer, who received her PhD degree from the Bard Graduate Center for Studies in the Decorative Arts, Design and Culture. Her commitment to modern design history and collecting design includes extensive work in education in the fields of design culture; history and theory; interiors; material culture; contemporary design; connoisseurship; and the decorative arts. She has taught in some of the world’s leading art institutions, and has spoken worldwide in conferences, events, and symposiums in museums, cultural institutions, and television networks.

Everette Taylor

Everette Taylor

Everette Taylor is CEO of Kickstarter, the world’s premier crowdfunding platform for creative projects. Under Everette’s leadership, Kickstarter was named one of Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential Companies for the company’s global impact in the creator economy. Most recently, Everette was named Ad Age 40 under 40 for revamping Kickstarter’s brand identity. He was also recognized on the Time 100 Next list as an emerging leader who’s shaping the future and defining the next generation of leadership. Taylor currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for 1stDibs, and was recognized by BoardProspects as one of the “100 Black Board Members Making a Difference.”

Lizzie Tisch

Lizzie Tisch

Lizzie Tisch started her career in the insurance and banking industries before focusing her efforts in the fashion arena. A member of Vanity Fair’s International Best-Dressed List Hall of Fame and a Contributing Editor to Town & Country, Tisch was a co-founder of the beloved shopping destination, Suite 1521. She supports many nonprofit organizations including serving as a member of the Board of Citymeals on Wheels and as a member of the Board of Trustees for New York–Presbyterian Hospital. Tisch also works with Hudson Yards arts center, The Shed.
