About

Private gallery showing fine Japanese arts in all media, paintings, sculpture, lacquer, and ceramics, both pottery and porcelain. Carole Davenport has a fine arts and art historical degree including museology and five years experience managing a Madison Ave art gallery in the late 1970s. She established her own business in 1980 which expanded to public shows such as the International Asian Art Fair in the 1990s. Public venues are held at least twice a year along with private dealing. Provenance and aesthetics are prime.
